Q80 Valve Industries offers a wide range of products to its esteemed Customers. Besides, Q80 is highly qualified to provide technological assistance at any point of time due to its long experience in this field. 

After initiating operations, the company has successfully launched products for a variety of applications and industries like Oil & Gas, Refinery, Marine, Power, Desalination Plant, Chemical and Petrochemical, Steel and Allied Industries, Paper & Pulp Industries, Pharmaceuticals & Food Processing.

Our current range of products consists of Gate, Globe and Check Valves designed to International codes like API 600, API 6D, BS 1873, BS 1868 and ANSI B 16.34. Shortly, Ball Valves and Butterfly valves to API 608 and API 609 will be added, so that our Clients get everything under one roof.

Services:

Besides being the first Valve Manufacturing Company in the Sate of Kuwait, we also take up refurbishment, re-conditioning, modification and repair of used valves with technical knowledge, experience, capability and resources to required specifications at our Plant. We have a state of the art manufacturing unit and required infrastructure at a convenient and accessible location. 

If required, we use in-house welding facility equipped with PTA &/or TIG welding machine for re-doing the valve seats with deposition of Stellite or 13% Cr and obtain a perfect sealing by expert wedge matching and automatic Lapping Machine. 

Our plant is also equipped with hydraulically operated semi-automatic valve test rigs to test valves of wide range to API 598, BS EN 12266. In addition, a manual test rig is also available for higher sizes of valves. This facility is open to be used by our Clients on agreed or pre-decided terms.
